Currently I am working on developing truly vigorous, hardy dormant and semi-dormant seedlings with weather resistant blooms. It is taking a while to get back to introducing my own varieties but hopefully some new line-outs will be ready to release in limited quantities next fall. I assure you that I am working hard here!

Patterns remain the focus of my program but these other traits and qualities are of equal concern because plant tenderness in mid and northern states has been an issue in the daylily community at large. I have tried my best to address this issue on Facebook by creating a group (which was, unfortunately temporary but hopefully informative to many) and by launching a petition against confabulating terminology.

But when it comes down to it I am primarily a creator of things, and so, I'm back to that. I appreciate the kind support of all who understood my deepest concerns. Right now I am taking a hiatus from social media.

I do not keep a waiting list any more and am sold out on several previous introductions.

Thanks for your patience.
